Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Services Representative to join our team based in the beautiful Derbyshire Countryside. This is a busy but rewarding role supporting our valued customers within the UK/Europe and Internationally.Join us in crafting The Worlds Finest Knitwear!BENEFITS

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Providing excellent multi-channel customer service to customers in the UK and Overseas both online and by telephone
  • Building strong and lasting relationships with our valued customers fromwholesale, retail and web.
  • Using a computerised system to enter customer information/stock orders and forward orders
  • Having relevant knowledge and understanding of the GDPR regulations
  • Despatching of goods using DHL/Similar carriers
  • Raising Shipping Documentation and checking for accuracy
  • Checking stock availability
  • Processing and consolidating invoices
  • Raising status order reports as required
  • Taking payments from customers and adhering to PCIDSS
  • Assisting other departments internally including helping in warehouse where necessary.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Proven Customer Services experience
  • Fashion/Textile Industry knowledge an advantage but not essential
  • Self-motivated with the ability to build effective customer relationships
  • NVQ or equivalent qualification in Customer Service and/or E-Commerce
  • Intermediate skill with Excel and other Microsoft related products
  • Excellent ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work as a team and have a flexible approach to their work.
