Job Description

The Company you will be working for:Our client is an established and successful company based in Jarrow. They are currently looking for a Global Key Accounts Sales Support Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the jobrole, please apply below.The Role you will be doing:

  • Maintain the National Accounts order book to be accurate and timely in respect of on time, in full deliveries of forward orders
  • Monitor the customer forward order book in advance to alert supply chain on potential late issues that would cause late delivery.
  • Liaise with supply chain & warehouse to plan for the timely allocation of orders & on time deliveries
  • Report on fulfilment rates (allocation & delivery) & any stock or credit control issues at month end noting any reasons why orders have not been delivered (eglate product / credit limit)
  • Be aware of order delivery windows & cancellation dates to avoid non-compliance charges and refused deliveries
  • Review back orders on a regular basis with customers to determine if stock is still required.
  • Cancellations for sold out / dropped lines to be kept up to date
  • Develop close relationships with account managers & accounts in order to provide world class customer service.
  • Complete visits to key customers /warehouses (workload in the office permitting) in order to understand their needs & provide world class customer service in line with their requirements.
  • Monitor customer websites for adherence to Terms and Conditions of Supply and Brand guidelines on advertising, websites and visual merchandising.
  • Monitor forward orders to ensure collections of products are fairly represented.
  • Organise inter-departmental meetings with structure, agenda, minutes & action points in relation to fulfilling customer orders
  • Provide pro-active support to the National Sales Director, National Account Managers & Office Manager
  • As/when required assist in the sales office at busy seasonal periods.
About you:
  • Experience of sales/ customer service office environment.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Competent IT Skills: MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to liaise with customers and consumers appropriately.
  • Proactive planning/ time management skills to enable effective prioritisation of workload.
  • Accuracy and attention to deal.
  • Willingness to listen to customer, acknowledge and make relevant and suitable suggestions.
  • Team working.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Ability to work under pressure, within closely managed targets and deadlines.
  • Effective Administration skills including data input.
  • Flexible approach and attitude to workload in the department.
  • Willing and able to participate in training and development as deemed necessary.
Shift patterns/Working hours;
  • Monday to Thursday 8:45am-5pm
  • Friday 9am-4pm
Hourly pay rates on offer;
  • Salary Dependent on Experience
