Job Description

WINNERare currently recruiting for anFLT Reach Driver, this role will be on a temp to perm basis, and based in Witton, Aston.Our company is looking for an individual to join our warehouse team whose main responsibility will be driving theReach forkliftto transport large items throughout the warehouse.In addition, we are seeking someone who is good with their hands and able to work quickly and accurately. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task and make decisions while in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities of theFLT Reach Driver:

  • Operate theFLTReachForkliftin a warehouse setting.
  • Perform heavy lifting and moving of materials.
  • Moving stock around the warehouse.
  • General warehouse duties required as and when requested.
The idealFLT Reach Driverwill have:
  • Experience driving theFLTReachTruck.
  • In-dateFLTReachtrucklicense.
  • Confident operating theFLTCounterbalanceTruck.
YouMUSThave experience in the above to be considered for the position.The hours are:AM -Monday to Friday 6am until Finish (typically 3pm).PM -Monday to Friday 2pm until 11pm.NIGHTS -Monday to Friday 6pm until Finish (typically 3am).INDUCTION -First day entails 4-6 hour paid induction, starting at 8am. If you are to fail the induction, you will be asked to leave once it is finished.Pay for the role are:AM / PM - £10.61per hour.NIGHTS - £11.73per hour.OVERTIME AVAILABLE!This role is temporary to permanent with the chance of gaining a full-time time contract after the 12-week probationary period.
