Office based, working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30amto 5.00pm and an early finish on Friday.The Essence of the RoleA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Magento specialist to be responsible for continually improving user experience and generating conversions. Reporting to the Ecommerce manager you will work with external agencies to ensure the website is optimisedto maximise conversion and performance.The Scope of the role

Ensure websites are always functioning to the agreed specification and ensure backup plans are in place
Investigate and report any operational/technical issues
Be on call during key deployments and activities
Test and implement website changes, upgrades, and functional improvements
Produce reports to analyse the performance of online campaigns and promotions
Monitor KPIs on the website and work with the Ecommerce Manager to improve them
Work with the internal teams to deliver the commercial digital plan
Liaise with external agencies on the day-to-day management of the website, plugins and upgrades
Investigate, evaluate, and deliver new ways of generating additional traffic, orders and increase basket value

Prerequisites

Proven experience working with Magento CMS
Signing off User Acceptance Testing for Magento
Excellent attention to detail
Proven experience collaborating across teams and delivering results
