Full Time- 37 Hours Per Week
Working hours 8am-4:45pm
£18421-£20447

Provide comprehensive, confidential and impartial information services on educational and training opportunities within the establishment
Support learners through initial assessments using a range of activities including computer-based information if appropriate
Contribute to the effective allocation of learners to Learning & Skills provision, action planning, learner contracts and the creation of Individual Learning Plans
Liaise with all agencies/stakeholders in order to contribute to a consistent and continuous learning journey in custody and in the community

The Ideal Candidate:

To hold or be willing to work towards level 2 qualifications in literacy and numeracy within an agreed timescale
Relevant experience of conducting initial assessments and supporting learning of individuals and groups
Experience of working with groups of learners with a range of abilities.
Experience of successful working in an effective multi-disciplinary team
