Job Description

Our client is seeking a Finance/Business Administrator to join their finance team. The company has been a networked electronic security system frontrunner since 1985. In this pivotal role, you will help streamline operations and strengthen their departmentsresilience and adaptability in this digital age. They are shifting towards a systems-driven approach, and you will be at the helm of this transformation, modernising manual tasks and facilitating seamless integration across business units.Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for fleet management tasks, from fuel cards to vehicle acquisitions.
  • Oversee facilities, manage office supplies, mobile phone requirements, and utility services.
  • Maintain our IT asset register.
  • Support Accounts Receivable and Payables operations.
  • Handle credit control duties, including generating invoices and ensuring superior customer service.
  • Provide administrative support for purchasing, goods intake, and job setup.
  • Organise and coordinate staff events.
  • Execute other miscellaneous administrative tasks as necessary.
Your Profile (Essential):
  • Previous experience in a related role is beneficial.
  • Team spirit and excellent inter-departmental coordination skills.
  • A proactive attitude coupled with a commitment to enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in technology and business information systems, including Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Autonomy in task execution, with the ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
  • Organisational excellence with the capability to work under pressure, maintaining both speed and accuracy.
Your Profile (Desirable):
  • Familiarity with Power BI, ERP, Smartsheets, and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Prior experience in a finance team would be an asset.
