We pride ourselves on leading for new, innovative and sustainable products and solutions, both for todayand for a new era of building.To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a Facades & Design Manager to come and join the Futures team at our Power Park site, Four Ashes (Wolverhampton).As our Facades & Design Manager, you will:•Lead, mentor and Manage the GRC Design and Engineering teams•Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture to drive creativity and productivity•Monitor project progress in collaboration with the team leaders•Develop and execute design strategies aligned with company’s goals•Implement and maintain design standards and guidelines•Manage design team resources, workload distributionIn order to be successful as our Facades & Design Manager, we would ideally like you to have:•Knowledge of Facades an advantage and offsite construction products•A product design or engineering background•Demonstrable experience of using 3D Software•A strong foundation in design principles and proficiency in design software’s such as Autodesk inventor or Solid works, Autocad and Revit•Experience leading and multi-disciplined team•Ability to manage design projects from conception to completion•Experience in client and stakeholder management, including gathering requirements and presenting design concepts•Excellent communication skill and the ability to work and lead in a cross functional teamThink you can make a difference WE ARE your future.More details:•Full time, permanent role with hybrid working options•Competitive salary•10% matched pension, administered by Legal and General•3x life insurance•Share Save scheme eligibility•Full access to Employee Assistance programme for self and family members•Access to high street retail discounts platform – with access to discounts at Tesco, Asda, etc…•Personal development and career progression opportunitiesOur commitment to diversity and inclusionExcited about the role, but your past experience or qualifications don’t perfectly match everything in the job description We would encourage you to still apply.
