Job Description

Forklift Driver Weekends We are recruiting for Weekend Material Handlers for an automotive factory which manufactures interior car partsAs a Forklift Driver you will need to have:

  • Experience working in an automotive or manufacturing background
  • CB & REACH FLT( must have both licences ) Licence must be RTITB, ITSSAR or AITT Registered
  • At least 6 months FLT Experience in automotive industry desirable
  • Excellent Timekeeping and attendance record
  • Flexible and willing to work variety of shifts
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Complete tasks to timely deadlines
    • Details of a Forklift Driver:
  • Salary: £9.41ph plus £20.52 shift allowance per shift
  • Working Hours : 24 hours - extra hours available in the week
  • Nights :
  • Saturday & Sunday
  • Days 6am - 6pm
  • Nights 6pm - 6am
  • Immediate Starts
  • Location: Mann & Hummel, Hilton Cross Business Park, Cannock Road, Wolverhampton, WV10 7QZ
  • Duration: Ongoing
    • Role of a Forklift Driver
  • Working in a fast paced environment
  • To be responsible for the correct movements within manufacturing areas
  • To maintain and support the PI System on a regular basis
  • Ensure product is correctly labelled and booked in
  • Ensure all aspects of Health and Safety procedures are followed, especially stacking of parts, maintenance of road and walkways, organisation of working areas
  • General warehouse duties to include tidying and sweeping to ensure warehouse is clean and tidy at all times
