Job Description

Counterbalance FLT DriverStarting Point Recruitment are recruiting for a Counterbalance FLT Driverto join our reputable and industry leading Automotive manufacturing client in WolverhamptonThe working hours of a Counterbalance FLT Driver are shifts - 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm weekly rotating with fixed day shifts also potentially available.Rate of pay: £9.65ph + £1.00 shift allowance ON BOTH SHIFTS making £10.65ph plus up to £300 monthly productionbonus!OVERTIME: Rates of up to £19.30ph availableCounterbalance FLT Driver duties:

  • Operating Counterbalance truck to move Pallets
  • Loading and unloading HGV deliveries
  • Supervision of pallets on Goods in and Goods Out
  • Conscious effort to display correct health and safety practice maintaining a high standard of procedure on site
Location: Featherstone - Wolverhampton Duration: Ongoing, Temporary to Permanent role after 12 weeks Using manual handling aids - LLOPs and PPTs Certain areas may include heavy lifting (up to 25kg)Requirements for a Counterbalance FLT Driver:
  • In - Date Counterbalance FLT Licence (preferably not in-house)
  • Previous experience operating Counterbalance truck preffered
  • Ability to get to Featherstone for 6am.
