Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Manager to join our team, based in our Exeter Office. You will be working on a full time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week. We’re proud to employ the most talented, driven individuals within the property services sector.Responsibilities for this Technical Manager role are: Manage multi-disciplinary teams across service, repair and installationsProvide an effective, high-quality service, repair and assist installation activities to domestic and non-domestic stock assetsOversee group service delivery of contractsDeliver and report operationally to the Liberty Management Team on the operational performance and profit and loss of the gas service and repairAssist with the installation contracts in the North West areaAssist where needed all Liberty’s subsidiaries and external clientsIntegrate the delivery team and assist in its delivery via the senior management teamManage Contract Supervisors, Field Teams and Administration TeamsThrough Supervisors, manage technical standardsEnsure effective supervision and control of all work carried outPrepare valuations, agreement of variations and billing for all completed workEffectively monitoring contracts throughout the contract periodAssist in the development of performance managementWhat we are looking for in our Technical Manager:City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a technical/ supervisory/ management or similar disciplineUnderstanding of gas legislationFull driving licenseTechnical skills and a high level of technical understandingContract supervision experienceRelevant commercial acumenWe offer a range of benefits for a rewarding career including though not limited to:
