Job Description

Job Scope:We are looking to recruit a Team Administrator to join us at Catalyst Care Group. The role of the Team Administrator primarily involves office-based responsibilities during the initial 6-month period, followed by the prospect of transitioning into a hybridwork arrangement.As a Team Administrator you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of our office. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of office management and administration to maintain an efficient and organized workplace.As a Team Administrator, your primary duties will involve liaising closely with the team to oversee essential office tasks. You will be responsible for ordering office supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring our meeting rooms are always ready foruse. As a Team Administrator you will welcome clinicians, clients, and external stakeholders. Furthermore, youll handle post sorting, maintain up-to-date administrative records, and conduct office audits in alignment with our Quality Assurance team.Your role as a Team Administrator will also include keeping track of various data and working collaboratively with our compliance and training teams to ensure that our clinicians remain compliant with all necessary trainings. Additionally, as a Team Administratoryoull manage stationary orders, own responsibilities related to health and safety, fire safety, and booking meeting room slots. Collaborating with branch leaders to track budgets and organizing events will be part of your responsibilities. Finally, youllmaintain up-to-date policies and procedures and assist in diary management for the GM.Do you have

  • Previous administrative experience within the health and social care sector
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of compliance regulations set forth by organizations such as the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
  • Previous experience of successfully upholding and overseeing compliance with various regulatory standards.
