Specialist Resource Base Professional for High School in CardiffAre you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Specialist Resource Base at a high school in Cardiff, working with children who have additional learning needs. The role is to commencefrom September 2024, with both permanent and temporary positions available.Position: Specialist Resource Base Assistant Location: Cardiff, Wales Salary: Starting at £12.82/hourKey Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with additional learning needs.
Collaborate with teachers to implement individual education plans.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Experience & Requirements:

Experience working with children or in educational settings.
Understanding of additional learning needs and inclusive practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient and empathetic approach to student development.

Qualifications:

Relevant NVQ or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Enhanced DBS check required.
Full registration with EWC.
