School admin required immediately in Cardiff!Salary-£10.50-£13.00 per hour.Location - CardiffContract - Full time, temp until March 2023.Are you looking for a flexible/temporary opportunity within an admin roleAre you looking to gain experience within a school Or have a passion for working with children in educationReed Education are working closely with a lovely special school in Cardiff, special educational needs (SEN), for children between the ages of 3 - 19 years old. Our client islooking for a full-time Admin Assistant to start ASAP, hours will be 8.30-15.30Monday to Friday , term time only.The role will be on a temporary basis until the end of March, with the potential for further extension.Daily tasks will include:

Assisting the Office Manager with all activities
Dealing with admin tasks and answering the phones
Creating a positive environment where all staff can enjoy working in.
Dealing with queries from both parents and pupils.
Ad hoc office admin duties as required by the Head
Alongside the staff you will be responsible for safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and young people.

5 years of obtainable references
Commitment to Safeguarding
Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service (we can help with this)
Eligibility to work in the UK
