Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen in Easington for a Senior Mental Health Nurse to join a busy Integrated Community team. The team are currently undergoing reconfiguration and merging with the psychosis team. The post holder will be expected to provide evidenced based care and treatment within a recovery framework for adults with Mental Health difficulties.You will need to be enthusiastic and highly motivated and have experience in the completion of assessments and delivery of care for patients experiencing mental health difficulties in a community setting. You will be required to fully embrace Purposeful and Productive Community Services. You will have access to high quality clinical supervision within the team and will work closely with other professionals in the multi-disciplinary team to provide care co-ordination responsibilities for a defined caseload.Due to the nature of the role it is essential that applicants are able to travel independently across the locality and have access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes.
