Are you recovery focusedAre you determined to achieve positive outcomes for patients and their carersDo you enjoy helping people and you do so in a person-centered mannerIf the answer is Yes to the above we would like to hear from you.We are looking for an enthusiastic Community Associate Practitioner to work within Easington Community Intervention Team.The successful candidate will be able to work as part of an integrated Community Mental Health Team. The role will involve working alongside the Leadership Team and Care Co-ordinators towards providing recovery focused interventions with service users and support carers.Managerial and clinical supervision will be provided to support the successful candidate manage their caseload.There are varied opportunities for training and development, with clinical development needs being identified and monitored through appraisal.The successful applicant will need a Foundation Degree in Health and Social Care and Literacy and Numeracy Level 2 or equivalent to be recruited in to this position on Band 4.For further details / informal visits contact:Jessica Flanagan Advanced Practitioner or Gemma Lamplough Team, Manager
