Job Description

The Company you will be working for:Our client is an established and successful customer service company based in Peterlee. They are currently looking for Customer Care Agents to join their team on a permanent basis. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the job role,please apply below. The Role you will be doing:
  • Taking or making telephone calls from/to customers.
  • Promote and sell products to the customers.
  • Use of telephone scripts.
  • Liaise regularly with customers, suppliers and partners regarding the progress of their case and to convert calls into sales opportunities.
  • Input and process information accurately onto the internal databases.
  • Operate in accordance with company procedures and standards.
About you;
  • You will naturally be a customer orientated person. You may have worked in a customer service type of role previously, however, the company are open to any type of employment background. If you have good communication skills and you are naturally inclinedto want to help and support people, then this is the career move you have been looking for. We do need to see good tenure/longevity in your CV, so you are a reliable individual who will become a great employee. Though you can have worked in any type of roleor background.
  • Able to work between the hours of 8am - 9pm
  • Able to work weekends on a rota basis - one in every 2 to 3 weekends.
  • Achieve individual and contribute to team performance.
  • Be highly productive achieving call targets and contribute to team targets.
  • Responsible for self-development.
