Gillespie Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of the regions leading estate agents. Due to business growth, we are looking to recruit two experienced Lettings Negotiators. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidates!We are looking for two energetic, enthusiastic, and well-organized individuals to manage a portfolio of properties from their Easington branch.Property Management and ideally lettings experience is essential, although full training will be provided. A competitive bonus structure as well as huge development and growth prospects is available for the right people.The successful candidates will -

Have excellent customer service skills.
Manage a range of property management tasks.
Effective time management skills.
Enhanced communication skills to ensure engagement across the business.
A good understanding of legislation within the industry.
