An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Mental Health Practitioner to join a community team mental health team in Easington. The applicant will be expected to provide evidenced based care and treatment within a recovery framework for adults with Mental Health conditions.You will need to be enthusiastic and highly motivated with experience in assessments and delivery of care for patients in a community setting.
