The Easington Community Mental Health Team (secondary care adult mental health) is looking to appoint a highly motivated, committed and enthusiastic band 4 Psychology Assistant on a permanent and full-time basis.The successful applicant will be joining a well-established and highly valued psychological therapies team (2 Clinical Psychologists, 3 Psychological Therapists and 1 Psychology Assistant) that currently offers a range of psychological therapies of different modalities. You will be provided with supervision by one of the team psychologists.Important parts of the role include providing supervised clinical work with caseload of patients in a lead professional capacity; co-facilitating our DBT skills group and coping skills group; and further involvement in exciting developments in the team to establish further trauma informed care interventions.
