Accounts Administrator- Antrim- £22,000- £24,000 per annumReed Recruitment is working with a very successful distribution organisation based in Antrim. Due to continued growth and successful, our client is seeking to recruit an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.Main duties and responsibilities:Credit control dutiesSales order processingSales invoicingPurchase order processingEmailing customer statementsProviding an excellent level of customer serviceAssisting with customer queries in a timely and professional mannerAnswering incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate personEssential Criteria:Previous experience of office administrator within a busy office environmentExperience of using sage 50 accounts, desirable Sage 200Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packagesExcellent communication skills both written and verbalWilling to multitask and work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the officeHours of work:Monday- Friday 9am-5pm, negotiableBenefits20 days holidays plus statsOffice based within a 5-minute walk from Antrim Train StationFree onsite parkingPossible overtime opportunitiesStatutory PensionPlease apply via the link provided.
