Specialising in the Motor Trade, you will be responsible for providing an excellent service to new and existing clients.This will be a customer facing role, taking full ownership for the account management, dealing with clients, sales, requests/queries, maintaining relationships, and the upkeep of documents.Reed are proud to partner with one of NIs most well regarded SME businesses.On offer is a competitive salary, generous annual leave allowance, corporate benefits, parking on sight, and plenty of scope for professional development.Apply today to join an innovative and exciting business!The role will be based entirely in the office and the employer has taken the necessary steps to comply with COVID-19 safety regulations.Primary duties will include:Administer existing Policies and Process Client Requests and New Businesses, checking the accuracy of policy documentation; Resolve clients queries and enquiries; Deal with sales and client accounts via cash/cheque/credit/debit; and taking ownership of allrelevant financial duties, including missed payments.You will also be responsible for maintaining positive, professional working relationships with customers and colleagues alike.Essential Requirements:Suitable applicants will have gained a minimum of 2 years experience in an Account Handling role within the insurance industry.
