What youll be doing Youll set stretching targets and lead your team to deliver a unique retail experience. Through supervising and motivating staff and volunteers, youll manage the day-to-day operation of the shop, and ensure the retail team are engaged to exceed customerservice expectations.Youll develop your team with training and engagement so everyone is proud to talk about the amazing work the National Trust are doing with the money that is invested back into our property.Please also read the full role profile, attached to the end of this advert. Who were looking for As the Retail Manager, youll have;Experience managing a retail operation with knowledge of retail best practice (including selling, merchandising, space management, stock control, risk)Experience coaching, developing and supervising teamsrotas, managing absence, giving feedbackExperience in ensuring a retail outlet maximises its sales potential.
