Job Description

Summary Were looking for a Cook to join the team at Coughton Court. Youll be required to work most weekends as well as school/bank holidays.Salary: £10.53 per hour (£20,527 per year)Duration: Permanent contractInterview Date: 14th February 2023 What its like to work here Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, youll be based at Coughton Court, one of Englands finest Tudor houses, home to the Throckmorton family for 600 years. From November to February Coughton Court is closed, during these months youll be required to work at other properties in the surrounding area. Travel can be reimbursed, this will be discussed in more detail at interview stage. Due to the requirement to travel to other properties, some with limited public transport, we would encourage you to consider how you would commute before you apply. What youll be doing Youll enjoy preparing food from scratch using fresh/seasonal ingredients and will be confident with creating bakes,making, soups, stews, sausage rolls and preparing & presenting food to order served directly to the customers over busy lunchtime periods.Youll receive a bespoke induction, allergen/food safety training and the coaching required to fulfil in role.
