Summary Working within a bustling atmosphere as part of passionate team this role as afacilities assistantplays a core part in providing fantastic customer service.This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. As Facilities Assistant, youll report to and work closely with the Facilities & Support Services Manager, we are looking for a dynamic person who isnt afraid to get stuck in and make a difference to our visitors.Click here for more information about this location What youll be doing As the Facilities Assistant,no two days will be the same, from cleaning and maintenance around site to helping out on our teddy bear zipline.Youll assist with the daily cleanliness and presentation the National Trusts buildings andoutdoor spaces. Youll turn your practical hand to all sorts of cleaning and minor maintenance ensuring all our facilities are kept in good working order. Youll also be asked to help with some manual work such as unloading deliveries. Duties such as cleaning toilets, sweeping and litter picking will form a core part of the role, both inside and outdoors. Youll ensure the highest standards of customer service across the area by always implementing a customer comes first attitude.
