Job Description

Pertemps HR is working exclusively with a Glasgow based client in their search for a 6-month HR Assistant. Strong salary and benefits package and hybrid working model is on offer to the successful applicant.Duties will include-

  • Supporting the recruitment process - Including advertising, arranging interviews and organising interview packs
  • Updating employee records - To include training records and change of personal details
  • Support the L&D function - This will include training scheduling and assisting with inductions
  • Other HR duties as required
What skills do you need-
  • Strong ability with MS Office packages
  • Experience of working within an HR function
  • CIPD would be advantageous but not essential
