Job Description

HR Advisor required for our global client based in Glasgow City Centre. This is an opportunity to work within a well-established organisation that has staff engagement as a top priority.You will have the support of a large HR team to develop your career accompanied with extensive training for the right individual.InterestedYour day to day will involve:-

Providing advice on performance management
Assist with the implementation of HR programmes and practices
Employee Relations
Absence management
Assist with the review of policies, updating where necessary
Advise managers on return-to-work forms
Support on HR administration and adhoc HR projects
