Employer Description:Are you looking to develop a career in the creative and design industryOur client is looking for a Digital Projects Apprentice to join our team, IT COULD BE YOU!This opportunity will be supported by Digital Application Support Apprenticeship delivered by QA Ltd.They are going through a period of growth. Over the last few years their industry has grown in popularity and demand, due to this they are keen to nurture an apprentice into the team.Our client specialise in creative branding solutions, offering but not limited to signs, digital graphics & exhibition stands. Based in Glasgow, some of our most recognised clients are John Lewis, Lidl & NHS.Vacancy Description:This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to gain experience in a small business and achieve a long-term future in Business Planning and overseeing digital projects and campaigns. It’s an enjoyable but varied role, being the superuserin the business for Click up. This also mean you would be the main point of contact for all clients to update them on their campaigns, oversee the project stages of these & work alongside the CEO and creative director to grow and develop your skills.This is an entry-level role but a pivotal one, as you have the opportunity to grow as the business does!Key Duties:

  • Working in a helpdesk capacity to support the creative director and customers acting as a first line point of contact to problem solve and escalating enquiries when required.
  • Becoming an expert and proficient in updating customer and job information on our in-house database system Click Up. Working collaboratively across teams to manage projects and completion time frames.
  • Log projects and any mandatory criteria for these into Clickup
  • Review the stages of all live projects and report back on these to the business.
  • Filter through live and lost projects, check in with any potentially lost clients & report back on this.
  • Generate enough data around success stories to replicate these on the company website and input this into Click-up
  • Export a report into excel using the data collected from a project to do list.
  • Deal with deliverables for these projects and allocate these on Clickup where required
  • Manage company mailbox via Microsoft Outlook and respond to any client queries using progress reports from Clickup
  • Using online shared drives and online client portals to update the database with information daily

Future Prospects:This role will progress from a salary of £18,000 to £20,000 per annum following successful completion of a probationary period and then from £20,000 to £22,000 per annum upon completion of the apprenticeship.Important Information:This vocational apprenticeship comprehensively supports your specific job role with this particular employer. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications yougain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6 or Level 8.
