Based BradfordFREE ParkingAs a Team Leader Domiciliary Care - you will report into the Team Manager and will have front line responsibility for your care team, ensuring the highest quality of personal and social care are delivered to vulnerable people of West Yorkshire living intheir own homes.Offering a reliable service to adults in all age groups, giving families the peace of mind that their loved ones are taken care of. Providing support in areas such as learning disabilities, palliative care, complex support, practical assistance etc.Company Information:Our client is a domiciliary care business who has been operating since 2014 and have grown significantly since then, however are looking for additional people in order to increase their business further! They are an extremely values driven organisation andare looking for exceptional staff who meet their own values:Integrity, Quality, Diversity, Accountability and Trust.We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, caring Team Leader who is passionate about providing exceptional standards of care to their clients, can build rapport and trust with families, clients and staff team.Part of the responsibility of the Team Leader will be to spend time out and about in the community, interacting with clients and families, addressing any issues which may arise and to put right ASAP.Day to day responsibilities for Team Leader will include:

Line management of support staff
Supervisions
Competencies
Spot checks out in the community
Working on new referrals
Supporting new starters in the team
Team inductions, staff training
Support for Team Manager
Respond to day to day enquiries
Part of on call rota

Hours of work:

37.5 hours - working 4 days on and 4 days off - flexibility due to the nature of the role is required.
Shifts are - 7am - 3pm / 3pm - 10pm
