Youll be adaptableand have the freedom to demonstrate your creativity, whilst working shoulder to shoulder with your team, setting the standard for your store.What are we looking for

Experience of managing a team - retail or hospitality is desirable
Brilliant people skills - an energetic leader who promotes teamwork
A proven track record of successfully delivering KPIs
