Opportunity to complete Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care as part of employment progression to Senior member. Empower young people and gain experience in the Support Worker role with children who have social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties which includes Mental Health, Spectrum Disorders, Child Sexual Exploitation, Trauma and Self harm.This service in Bradford (BD7)is looking to expand its amazing teamwith 4 moreSupport Workers starting on a Temporary basis to then potentially be kept on Permanent!We can provide training for those who are very enthusiastic about working in this sector.The service would like Childrens Residential Support Workers to have; At least 6 months experience in a Care environment At least 6 monthsexperience supportingChildren and Young People Drivers preferred (but not essential) Provide excellent customer experience and easily build a rapport if you love working with young people Be enthusiastic, understanding, have an outstanding Duty of Care Enthusiastic, driven and caring individualWhy work with REED Social CareLeeds:
