Job Description

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer for this growing business that installs fuel tanks, pipework and pumps in Bradford. As part of these works, electrical equipment may need to be replaced and/or isolated to allow works to be completed.As an Electrical Engineer, you will assist in completing jobs ranging from small, one-off jobs to projects valued at hundreds of thousands of pounds. The works required of the successful candidate will not be restricted to electrical works and will also involve pipefitting (training given) and other works, as necessary.A variety of skills will be needed as this is a small, but growing, company and therefore the successful candidate must be versatile and be able to multi-task. Below are some of the attributes and responsibilities required of the successful candidate.Employment Details:* Full-time / Permanent / Employed / 37.5 hours per week* Salary: £32,000-£35,000, dependent on experience* + Holidays, Pension, Death in Service, Health Insurance and Rewards Scheme* Daily allowance when working awayThe Electrical Engineer Role* Electrical installation of pumps, controls and various tank equipment* Installation and removal of pipework, tanks and pumping systems* Problem solving* Commissioning of installations* Working in teams reporting to Operations Manager and or Project Manager to complete engineering projects* Complying with RAMS and health and safety, at all times (working to strict requirements)Experience and Qualifications required:* Electrical qualifications BS7671 18th Edition, CompEx 07-08 is desirable* Be able to demonstrate outstanding fault diagnosis skills at control level* Full, clean driving licence* Be capable of obtaining (or already have) high level security clearances* Strong work ethic and willing to learn from others* Happy to work away from home during working week* Competent in working to RAMS* Experienced or capable of working to high standard of H&S requirements including 5 point PPEPlease apply with an up to date CV.Key Appointments UK Ltd will assess your suitability for the role based on the information contained in your CV and application.
