Job Description

Nursing Home Manager wanted for BRAND NEW NURSING HOME – BRADFORD I am working with a family run organisation who are looking for a Registered Manager! This is an exciting opportunity that has arisen to join the team of a newly built Care Home which will specialise in caring for the Elderly & those with Dementia.What are they looking for

An experienced Registered Manager looking for a new challenge or an experienced Deputy ready for the next step

Ideally you will be a natural leader with compassion and excellent communication skills

You will be required to work under pressure and be able to build relationships

Experience in managing staff teams

Commercial awareness/CQC awareness

Excellent communication skills

Be passionate, motivated and hands on

Be open, honest, caring and respectful

The successful applicant will;

Have a proven track record managing teams in an elderly care environment

Have the right to work in the UK

RGN/RMN pin NEEDED

Have a clean DBS

Live within a commutable distance of Clayton

Ensuring quality of care for Residents

Have NVQ Level 5 or equivalent

The role

Salary of up to £60k

Monday – Friday / 40 hours per week

Increasing standards of care and kindness

Working with the whole staff team to ensure high quality care delivery

Operating efficiency and working closely with staff team

Building on reputation / increasing occupancy

Provide valuable support, to the team around you

Knowledge and experience with CQC and Dementia
