Based BradfordFREE ParkingAs a Team Manager Domiciliary Care - you will report into the Operations Director and be responsible for 4 Team Leaders. You will lead your team and support staff to provide the highest quality of personal and social care to vulnerable people of West Yorkshireliving in their own homes.Offering a reliable service to adults in all age groups, giving families the peace of mind that their loved ones are taken care of. Providing support in areas such as learning disabilities, palliative care, complex support, practical assistance etc.Company Information:Our client is a domiciliary care business who has been operating since 2014 and have grown significantly since then, however are looking for additional people in order to increase their business further! They are an extremely values driven organisation andare looking for exceptional staff who meet their own values:Integrity, Quality, Diversity, Accountability and Trust.We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, caring Team Manager who is passionate about providing exceptional standards of care to their clients, who can build rapport and trust with families, clients and staff team.Part of the responsibility of the Team Manager will be to spend time out and about in the community, interacting with families, to be the main point of contact and generally check in to ensure all needs are being met.Day to day responsibilities for Team Manager will include:

Line management of Team Leaders
Scheduling
Referrals for new clients - attending initial assessments
Ensure all support is covered appropriately
Respond to day to day enquiries
Point of contact for families
Team meetings
Supervisions, appraisals, 1-1s
Identify training for staff and arrange necessary training
Competency checks
Community checks
Take part in on call rota

Hours of work:37.5 hours - Monday to Friday - flexibility due to the nature of the roleCompany benefits:
