The groups head office is in the North West with offices in London, The Midlands and South Wales. The strategy is to become the leading provider of managed IT services and cloud hosting to the UK mid-market and enterprise supplemented with carefully targeted acquisitions to complement organic growth. The sales approach is consultative to guide customers through the complexities and developments in the IT market and they aim to develop strong client relationships to become an extension of their existing IT department. For this role, you will need to be able to lead and manage people to be the best version of themselves to deliver outstanding service to our customers and colleagues.My client has just re-organised and this is a new role. By bringing together Pre-Sales, Project Management and Consultancy they are looking for a person who can support these important areas to operate seamlessly to delivery high quality experiences to their customers. All three areas intersect in the way they operate and are key to the growth strategy.To fulfil this role you will need to be a fully qualified Project Manager who understands how Programme Management is vital as an organisation grows. You will be able to articulate how these three areas overlap and lead the teams to effectively support the customer on their journey with the group.
