The working hours for this role are:

9.00am to 6.00pm Monday, Wednesday
9.00am to 5.00pm Thursday
9.00am to 6.00pm Friday
9.00am to 12.00pm Saturday working 1 in 4 on a rota - Finish at 1.00pm on a Thursday when working Saturday.

What will you be doingReporting into the Pharmacy Manager, our new Store Supervisor be responsible for the effective supervision of branch colleagues liaising with the Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager. You will be required to ensure the content of the Branch Procedures Manual, DPBMand SOPs are strictly adhered to at all times, and that branch colleagues are trained to company standards.You will also be required to ensure retail activity is monitored and every opportunity to increase sales and maintain costs is acted upon without delay.What do you need We are looking for experienced Store Supervisor who has:

A proven track record in a supervisory/team leader role
Excellent communication skills
The ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Be able to showcase a kind and compassionate attitude to patient care.
