The postholderwill ensure the effective development, implementation, and management of other HR initiatives and projects that align with organisational goals.

  • Implement, embed and develop the HRIS, ensuring automation of workflow and utilising metrics and analytics to make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage day-to-day operational HR processes, ensuring each stage of the employee lifecyle is delivered in line with our vision to be an employer of choice.
  • Design and optimise the recruitment process and partnerships, utilising innovative and commercially focused sourcing strategies to identify and attract high calibre established and emerging candidates whilst building company brand.
  • Develop and facilitate opportunities to work with managers to embed the knowledge and behaviours that will enable managers to engage successfully with their teams and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Support managers in fostering a positive working environment, ensuring that employee relations issues are managed at an early stage in a collaborative manner.
  • Develop and manage HR information storage, retrieval, deletion and audit processes, ensuring compliance with GDPR.
Essential Experience Required:
  • Demonstrable experience as an in-house HR professional, with a focus on HR systems, HR policy/process and employee lifecycle.
  • Proven experience of working as a business partner, collaborating and influencing stakeholders across the business.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in utilitising technology to automate HR processes.
  • Proven experience of recruitment planning and delivery, including designing and optimising recruitment processes and tools and building relationships with recruitment partners.
  • Detailed knowledge of employment legislation and it’s application to business and of HR best practice.
  • Practical understanding and experience of key employee relations processes and practices. • Knowledge and/or experience of evolving thinking relating to HR data and information, lifecycle processes and recruitment.
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent).
  • Able to simplify complex problems, processes or projects into component parts and evaluate them systematically.
  • Able to transform project plans into practical reality.
  • Experienced in influencing a variety of stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong analytical/problem solving mindset with the ability and tenacity to find solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret and interrogate data and information.
  • Self-motivated team player able to work effectively with general guidance towards objectives.
Desirable Experience Includes:
  • Experience of managing and developing others.
  • Experience of implementing and developing an HRIS.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and HR information storage, retrieval, deletion and audit processes.
  • Formal project management training/qualification.
