Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering an excellent level of patient care Would you like to join a local business that will invest in you and your careerWeldricks Pharmacy have a number of exciting opportunities for customer focussed individuals to join our growing team as a Pharmacy Branch Supervisor at our Catcliffe branch in Sheffield. This role is for 31 hours per week working days and hours are:

  • Monday 9.00am to 6.00pm
  • Wednesday 9.00am to 6.00pm
  • Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm
  • Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm
  • Alternate Saturdays 9.00am to 1.00pm (12.30pm finish on a Thursday when working on a Saturday)
What will you be doingReporting into the Pharmacy Manager, our new Branch Supervisor be responsible for the effective supervision of branch colleagues liaising with the Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager. You will be required to ensure the content of the Branch Procedures Manual, DPBMand SOPs are strictly adhered to at all times, and that branch colleagues are trained to company standards.You will also be required to ensure retail activity is monitored and every opportunity to increase sales and maintain costs is acted upon without delay.What do you need We are looking for experienced Branch Supervisor who has:
  • A proven track record in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Be able to showcase a kind and compassionate attitude to patient care
