Job Description

Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance ManagerLocation: Catcliffe,Rotherham Salary: £22,000 to £28,000The Role:

  • Work alongside the current management and administration team, to maintain and improve the current workloads and turnovers
  • Develop and operate within the site maintenance program protocols for commercial clients
  • Take client calls for new and existing enquiries, offer guidance for statutory and technical compliance of assets, including working environment support of client and commercial teams
  • Effectively manage staff and sub-contractors ensuring work is carried out in line with programs, procedures and statutory compliance
  • Assist in the development and delivery of Health & Safety, including team and toolbox talks
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties
    • The Candidate:
  • NVQ2/3 alternatively ONC/D or HNC or equivalent in an electrical/mechanical discipline preferred
  • Previous experience in maintenance or team management role would be beneficial
  • Excellent team working, problem solving capabilities and self-motivated
  • Flexible but sensible approach to hours usually Monday - Friday 7:30 - 17:00
  • Methodical approach to procedures, processes and administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, including word, excel and outlook
  • Ability to manage a number of services simultaneously
  • Must be able to fully satisfy client security clearance minimum requirements

  • Company pension - following a 3 month initial period
  • £22,000 - £28,000 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications
