Job Description

Working for a well known, reputable business within the property sector your role will be acting as a Sales Manager to 2 separate teams. You will manage and grow these teams effectively for a period of at least 12 months. This contract may be extended, andis likely to lead to further management opportunities within the business for the right candidate.Client DetailsWorking for a well known, reputable business within the property sector your role will be acting as a Sales Manager to 2 separate teams. You will manage and grow these teams effectively for a period of at least 12 months. This contract may be extended, andis likely to lead to further management opportunities within the business for the right candidate.DescriptionAs the Sales Manager your duties will include but not be limited to;

  • Holding regular 1-1s with team leaders and sales executives
  • Monitoring team KPIS and reporting these back to senior business members
  • Creating and implementing regular incentive strategies to keep the teams motivated and rewarded
  • Coaching the team to help them reach full potential
  • Thinking of new business development areas, and opportunities to grow the brand
  • Inducting new starters and assisting with training duties when needed
ProfileAs the ideal Sales Manager you will;
  • Have previous experience of managing/coaching a team
  • Be a peoples person, able to build rapports and get to know each team member thoroughly
  • Have a passion for creating a fun and enjoyable culture whilst remaining result driven
  • Experienced in a Sales or Telesales environment
Job OfferAs a Sales Manager you will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary of up to £40,000 + performance based commission circa £15,000 per year + 33 days holiday including bank holidays + the ability to buy/sell additional holiday + hybrid remote and officeworking to suit your needs + free parking when needed + Monday to Friday working hours as standard + private medical insurance + cash plan + life assurance + cycle to work scheme + enhanced maternity and paternity schemes + property deposit loan + doubledpension contributions from the company + referral incentives.
