AM Sci Tech is part of the Hurstwood Holdings group, which is a long-standing commercial investment group holding a portfolioof over £300m of commercial & residential property. With more than 150 sites nationwide housing over 1,000 occupier clients, our priority is both the letting of our vacant spaces and retention of existing occupiers.We have a proactive and highly experienced team of property professionals who make it their business to understand the property market inside-out and due to our growing national property portfolio a vacancy has arisen for a lettings surveyor, working onnew commercial lettings.Based at the Energy and Innovation Parks and working alongside an established and busy Estates Management team, the day to day the tasks of the Lettings Surveyor will include but not be limited to:

Negotiating and closing lettings
Dealing with the legal team to distribute leases
Liaising with external property agents to promote our available space.
Servicing in bound property enquiries from platforms such as Rightmove.
Working with the Estates team to present our space to the market for rent.
Reporting directly to the Estate Manager on site.

The successful applicant will be results driven with the ability to work under their own initiative but also as part of a strong and motivated team. Ideally a chartered surveyor with a minimum of 1 years post graduate experience in commercial asset managementor lettings negotiation. Other skills required of the successful candidate are:

Organisational skills.
Attention to detail and pride in their work.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Driving License required.
