Job Description

Whether youre an experienced hose technician or a service controller looking for the next step, we have an exciting role that could be perfect for you.You will be reporting directly to the Regional Director and be responsible for the day-to-day operations at the Aberdeen Branch. We are looking for a candidate that can inspire each member of our team in the Aberdeen & Inverness areas to be motivated andfocused on delivering brilliant results all day, every day in order to maximise customer satisfactionWho are we looking for

  • Ideally you will have a background in the hose and hydraulic industry preferably in a service related role so you have the mechanical knowledge to support the team, although we would consider service related backgrounds from other industries e.g. mobiletyre fitting.
  • You must have a full UK driving licence
  • You must have good IT knowledge with the ability to understand data and use it effectively to help business decisions
  • The drive to deliver an amazing service from end to end
  • A working knowledge of how to grow profitability through excellent customer service, as well as the willingness to develop that knowledge.
  • The ability to lead from the front in terms of our values, principles and high standards
