Effectively monitor bookings of Air, Ocean & Road shipments
Prepare quotations to our customers and partner organisations within a tight timescale
Calculate and provide quotations and solutions for Air & Road based movements via phone and email
Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email
Monitor shipments in transit via phone, sms and email
Providing shipment updates to customers via phone, email or text
Highlight shipment issues to Senior Operations staff
Generate, file, and maintain up-to-date booking history and prepare reports

Your hours of work would be 10.30pm - 08.30am Monday to Thursday.So, as the Air, Road, Ocean Operations Analyst what do you need to haveMinimum of 1 years work experience, working in the logistics industry (haulier, freight forwarder or Express Courier)

Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, every other language is a plus
Flexibility, positive attitude, eager & extremely customer service focused
Efficient, keen, industrious, cares about the job.no clock watchers
The Ability to work in a fast moving and exciting environment
