Job Description

SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Insurance Administrator to join one of their fantastic, hugely successful clients based near to Castle Donnington. The role is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday with some flexibility aroundstart and finish times. You will be joining a great team and a company who really invest in their staff. The role will be responsible for the company fleet of vehicles, ensuring to manage all aspects of claims/insurance. Day to day duties will include:

  • Ensuring all the relevant vehicle insurance information is kept up to date
  • Removing all sold or off Hired vehicles from the database
  • Working with other team administrators to ensure System Administration is kept in line with any insurance requirements
  • Challenging unreasonable Hire vehicle damage charges with suppliers
  • Working with the insurance company/internal and external stakeholders to ensure all claims are completed and closed within agreed timescales
  • Collating all relevant documentation include photos and footage as evidence for claims
  • Raising of purchase orders, goods receipting and invoice query management for all Hire damage claims
  • Call handling
The successful candidate for this role should have previous experience within a similar role/field - this could be experience dealing with insurance/claims, experience within fleet administration or management or experience working within the insurance industry.It is also essential that you have and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel. In addition, you should be a fantastic communicator with the ability to deal with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally.
