Monitoring bookings from airline / freight forwarder and Road shipments
Collaborating with the colleagues to provide quotations to our customers and partner organisations
Calculating and providing quotations and solutions for road-based movements via phone and email and platforms
Dealing with incoming email and platform enquiries
Pro-actively monitoring of allocated shipments in transit via phone - SMS - email - skype
Providing shipment updates to customers via phone - SMS - email (any method requested by customer)
Communicating shipment issues to Senior Operations staff
Maintaining up-to-date booking history for assigned clients and prepare report

So, as the Air Freight Coordinator what would we like you to have

2+ years of work experience, working in the logistics industry (airline, a ground handling agent or a freight forwarder in the airfreight operations department, Express Courier)
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, every other language is a plus
Flexibility, positive attitude, eager & extremely customer service focused
Happy to work in an office & a Shift based role
