ROLE: Helpdesk Analyst SALARY: £22,000 LOCATION: Derbyshire This is a fantastic opportunity for a Helpdesk Analyst to join a fast-growing team within a successful company. Responsibilities of a Helpdesk Analyst

  • 1st Line Support
  • Log Tickets received
  • Escalate tickets to Service Desk
  • Investigate Technical issues with PC?s, Laptops, phones.
  • Windows Server Admin

  • Understanding of IP Networking
  • Understanding of Routing
  • DHCP, DNS
  • WIFI
  • Excellent communication skills
