SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a TEMPORARY Fleet Administrator to join one of their fantastic clients in their offices based near to Castle Donington. This is an ongoing temporary role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The company are based in a location that does require someone to drive and have access to their own transport. The role will involve a variety of administration tasks relating to fleet and transport. Some elements can be taught and trained, however strong administration skills are essential. Typical duties will include: Ensuring systems are maintained Handling MOTs, Road Licences Setting up accounts with the AA Issuing driver cards Handling parking fines, toll charges Placing orders on the systems Booking in for repairs, services Issuing PPE The successful candidate for this role should have a strong administration background. Experience within a similar role would be advantageous but not essential. You should have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office specifically Excel and have the ability to pick up new systems quickly. You must be available immediately and happy to start a temporary position.
