Do you have experience of managing a programme portfolio in an awarding or professional body Have you worked in a regulated environment This is an exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Product Lead in Training & Learning with a Membership OrganisationWe are collaborating with a membership organisation to hire a Product Lead (Training & Learning) who will assist the Product Manager in driving continuous improvement for the organisations schemes and programmes. This is an exciting opportunity to overseea product portfolio, managing design, development, and ongoing monitoring for a sector crucial to achieving the UKs net zero targets.About the role This is a permanent full-time position requiring 37 hours per week, based in Solihull.Benefits * Generous holiday allowance* Company pension scheme* Performance bonus scheme * Wellbeing PassportAs the Programme Lead, your role involves designing, developing, and reviewing a portfolio of schemes in accordance with the companys product development process and scheme review cycleOther key responsibilities (but not limited to) * *Design, develop and review of a portfolio of schemes, following the companys product development process and scheme review cycle.* Ongoing monitoring, maintenance and refresh of schemes and programmes to ensure they remain valid and relevant.* Develop and edit learning materials including scheme rules, technical specifications, support materials and assessments for assigned portfolio.* work effectively with a range of external stakeholders including, employers, training providers, industry groups as well as ensuing organisation-wide collaboration with internal colleagues. * As a member of a small team, youll be involved in diverse administrative tasks and responsibilities related to the development of products and services, including associated support materials.About you * Understanding of qualification development and assessment principles, training, skills and competence systems.* Managing a product portfolio across the full product lifecycle to ensure they remain valid and relevant.* Experience of product management in an awarding, or similar professional body.* Working with internal and external stakeholders and clients in the development of product/services* Experience of qualification and assessment design including the development of learning and assessment materials* Makes prompt, clear decisions which may involve tough choices or considered risks; takes responsibility for actions, projects and peopleIf this role sounds of interest do get in touch for a confidential chat.
