This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, playinga pivotal role across both the administration and facilitiesfunction.Job title: Document CoordinatorSalary: £25,000 - £27,000Working hours: Monday to Friday – 35 hours per weekFull time, permanent (working hours 08:00 – 16:00 & 10:00 – 18:00)Location: SolihullResponsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring that everything is running smoothly and that all systems are functioning properly.
  • Manage and maintain office systems, including filing, data management, and record keeping.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails, and handle inquiries and requests.
  • Communicate with a variety of people, including other administrators, engineers, contractors, and employees.
  • Provide administrative support to one or more executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements..
  • Assist with special projects and events, and provide support to other departments as needed.
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive documents with discretion.
