Salary Scale £22,776 - £23,144 per annum (pro-rata)Part-Time Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 8.30am - 5pm (22.5 hours per week)Office Based - Blythe Valley Innovation CentreWe are looking for a suitably experienced Receptionist to assist our Centre Manager and Assistant Centre Manager in the day-to-day running of a busy reception.The Centre accommodates small and medium sized companies to whom we provide office space, together with business services such as photocopying, franking mail, conference room hire, telephone answering service and greeting their customers.Familiarity of Microsoft Office packages is essential and ongoing training will be provided together with training on the switchboard.Flexibility to provide cover outside of prescribed working hours will be anticipated with the ability to travel to assist in the provision of cover at other group sites occasionally.The job role offers a wide range of benefits including generous annual leave entitlement and membership of the Heritage pension scheme.The applicant should be of smart appearance, have a pleasant manner and confident in dealing with members of the public.Closing date: 31st January 2024Interviews to be held: 8th February 2024
