Job Description

Location: SolihullAn Administration Coordinator is a vital role and this is a great opportunity to start a career with St. Jamess Place Wealth Management.Our Central and South West Area team are seeking someone to join them on an exciting journey to provide a first class service to all visitors, whilst providing support to Management in order for them to achieve all key Business objectives.This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking for a varied client facing role with the scope to progress within the company.What youll be doing:

  • As part of the Cohort support team you will be required to undertake various administration tasks and deliver a positive experience to all visitors at the Solihull Location.
  • Diary management, appointment making, record keeping, and other ad hoc duties are required.
  • You must have the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads to make sure all work is completed in a timely manner. It will be your responsibility to build relationships with your Managers and the wider team. You must use initiative and work onyour own instinct to problem solve and answer queries.
  • Supporting the Management team to the highest standard and being the face of the St. Jamess Place Locations.
  • Working as a team and individually to help meet Location goals and Partners to meet theirs.
  • You will interact with Clients, Partners, Management and other teams within the company delivering an outstanding level of customer service.
We are looking for someone who has:
  • Ability to build strong relationships with others by delivering on promises, and by dealing effectively and courteously with queries.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Understanding of both corporate and Location-based objectives.
  • Strong administration skills with intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office systems.
  • A positive approach to work with a can-do attitude and ability to take responsibility for your tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative but to also work as a team and contribute.
  • Desire to deliver a first-class service in accordance with SJP and area standards.
  • Experience using Salesforce, FORstar & Avaya switchboard is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
